How is personal information collected?
- Personal information is only collected as required for volunteer application and volunteer thirst via the online form.

What personal information does BlueCap Promotions collect, and why?
- If you wish to volunteer at the Rock The Rapids event, we need to collect personal information about you, including your name, address and telephone number. The reason we need this information is so we can contact you to provide training and your volunteer placement during the event. We may also need some of this information in order to process your payment (for example, to receive the Volunteer Tshirt or to order extras). Unless you tell us otherwise, we will use your email address to send you news and information for the event. All you need to do is unsubscribe on the link included in every email, if you no longer wish to receive marketing materials.

Will personal information be given to anyone else?
- BlueCap Promotions will not sell, rent or trade personal information about you to or with third parties.

Security of personal information
- BlueCap Promotions protects the personal information it collects in a secure database, in proprietary data format, which can only be read using proprietary tools. BlueCap Promotions employees are required, as a condition of their employment, to treat personal information held by BlueCap Promotions as confidential, and to maintain the confidentiality of that personal information.
